- Use this time to answer any outstanding questions, address needs, celebrate gots, etc.
- If there is time, have each participant verbally share their top “got” with the group

Participants complete the final survey.
Closing Ceremonies (20 minutes)
The following is an outline for what a closing ceremony might look like. Many regions have their own traditions and ways of closing out the week. Facilitators should use this time in whatever way they feel best celebrates the accomplishments of their cohort. Reach out to the Code.org facilitator community if you are looking for ideas. Many regions have gotten very creative!
(8 minutes) Graduation
Have a ‘graduation’ for each teaching group
- Say something nice/clap for each teaching group
- Give out certificates (dependent on your regions’ ability to print)
(5 minutes) Awards
Give out team awards
- NOTE: Team awards could just be the gif on a slide, or you could actually give something out here
(5 minutes) Group Picture
Get a picture of everyone.

Let teachers know when the next workshop is and when they will receive updates with information.
